Ramai yang tak suka lakukan stretching, orang utara kata “qenyah” (disebut sebagai renyah). Jangan silap faham, stretching yang Admin maksudkan bukanlah yang anda buat sebelum workout. Malah, itu bukan dinamakan stretching, sebaliknya adalah warm up. Stretching adalah sesi latihan untuk meregangkan otot anda dengan menahan sesuatu posisi untuk tempoh tertentu. Ianya tak sesuai dilakukan sebelum workout.

Stretching bagus dilakukan selepas aktiviti, terutamanya selepas workout. Admin sangat pentingkan stretching, tetapi dilakukan dengan betul. Sebagai ahli fisioterapi, ramai yang datang mengadu sakit adalah kerana otot mereka ketat hasil daripada tidak stretching.
